One Time Property Tax Amnesty Scheme 2025-26 Called
SUMPATTIKAR NIPTAAN YOJANA (SUNIYO) "ONE PLUS FIVE"
for all types of properties falling under the jurisdiction of MCD.
In order to be pragmatic with respect to enforcement of its long pending tax
dues and also to help resolve the tax disputes and to improve tax collection, the Corporation vide its decision No. 143 dated 21.10.2022 approved one time Property Tax Amnesty Scheme called SAMRIDDhi- 2022-23 Scheme, which was implemented in MCD vide office order No. A&C(HQ)/MCD/2022-23/SBS dated 25.10.2022. A copy of the said Amnesty Scheme is enclosed (Annexure-A). The said SAMRIDDhi 2022-23 scheme provided an opportunity to waive off the old arrears provided the dues of current year, along with dues of last 5 years in case of residential property and along with last 6 years in case of Non-residential property were paid.
